You can can come to our Sonic Stone Showroom to place an order or, if you already made up your mind, we will take orders online and over the phone. Remember that any online order must be confirmed by a sales team member. Please make sure that all measurements are double checked prior to your order. We advise that you add an extra 10% to allow the cutting of natural variation and small imperfections and to also have enough for damages and wastage.

No, there is no minimum order quantity, we sell our products by tile, pack, and slabs. Contact us for more information.

If you do not need your order right away, we can hold it for up to four weeks giving you enough time to arrange a suitable date for delivery. Please note we demand full payment to hold the order.

Yes you can. If the item is in stock in our Showroom in Brooklands, you are welcome to come and collect it. Please call before arriving to check the stock. Don’t forget that our yard is open Monday – Friday 9:00am – 18:00pm, Saturday 8:00am – 14:00pm and Sunday only by appointment. Please also keep in mind the weight of the product and make sure you have the proper vehicle for this kind of trasnportation.

We accept all major debit and credit cards and via Bank transfer.

If the natural stone is installed and maintaned properly, it should last forever. Scratches are part of the wearing process but in time they disappear into the general coating of the floor. We recommend you use professionals to install natural stone tiles and make sure they are sealed properly and cleaned with appropirate products. You can check our Maintenance section for more info.

We advise you to hire a professional natural stone fitter for installation.

Yes, you can. Both wet and electric underfloor heating may be used on your floor tiles. We advise using flexible adhesive and grout to permit movement as the floor changes temperature. For more information don’t hesitate to contact us.

 

Yes, but the stone must be sealed properly. It may need more maintenance because sealing the stone protects it against water and acidic substances that can produce permanent stains.

 

Most of our tiles are appropiate for internal use, except for our landscape range which is best suited for external use. We recommend speaking to a member of our sales team for more advice.

 

Slabs are available in 1.2cm, 2cm or 3cm. Contact us for more details.

Use samples as a guide only. We work only with natural stone hence it’s impossible for us to display all tonal and texture variations.

 

Colours can not be guaranteed because we only work with 100% natural stone. Each tile will fluctate in colour, but we promiss all your order wil be from the same batch to minimise the colour fluctuation.
